PayMatic will use existing data and history from the other firm and enter it into our system.
02. How long does a conversion to PayMatic take? ˆ Top
Once we have collected the information we need, then we are generally ready to process within a day or two.
03. Can anyone from my company contact PayMatic? ˆ Top
No. Only authorized representatives from your company can contact us.
04. In what states does PayMatic offer payroll service? ˆ Top
PayMatic offers payroll service in all 50 US states.
05. Does PayMatic outsource tax service? ˆ Top
No, we process all of your payroll taxes for NY, NJ, PA & CT in house, this way, if you have a question, you can talk to the people who process your payroll.
06. How do I submit my weekly payroll information to PayMatic? ˆ Top
We have a number of convenient ways to submit payroll to us:

(1) phone, fax or email.
(2) Schedule a time for us to call you each pay period.
(3) With each payroll, you will receive a pre-filled form with your employees and pay rates listed, simply fax your changes back.
(4) We will email you a pre-filled Excel sheet listing all your employees and their salary information. You update the sheet and email it back to us

07. When can I expect delivery of my payroll? ˆ Top
On time! We deliver your payroll via USPS, FedEx or courier in some locations.
08. How are my payroll tax payments and filing requirements handled? ˆ Top
Every payroll, PayMatic will debit your authorized bank account for any tax liabilities.  PayMatic will remit all liabilities to the appropriate agencies on or before the due date.  PayMatic will also prepare and file all quarterly and annual tax returns on your behalf.  Copies of these reports will be furnished to you.
09. How and when are payroll taxes and fees withdrawn from our account? ˆ Top
Your bank account will be debited on your check date.
10. What information do I need to submit for a new employee? ˆ Top
Name, address, social security number, rate of pay, marital status and the number of exemptions, and any special deductions or taxes that apply. Generally a form W4 is all we need and a pay rate.
